Camelia Travel provides bespoke travel itinerary design services. Our service is the creation of personalised travel plans; we do not act as a travel agent, book travel on your behalf, or hold funds for supplier payments. All bookings are made directly by the client in their own name.
Design fees are based on the number of travel days and scope complexity, starting from €300 per travel day. Fees are quoted individually following the Welcome Consultation. Payment is structured in three stages: 50% deposit to commence work, 25% at the Touchpoint Meeting, and 25% final payment to unlock the completed itinerary.
The design fee covers: the itinerary design process including all consultation sessions; the final itinerary document; interactive maps; personalised insights; audio guides; and WhatsApp support during travel as specified in your package.
Deposits are non-refundable once design work has commenced. If you cancel after the kick-off meeting, the 50% deposit is retained. If you cancel after the touchpoint meeting, 75% of the total fee is retained. We will always seek to accommodate rescheduling where possible.
All materials produced by Camelia Travel — including itineraries, moodboards, maps, audio guides and written content — remain the intellectual property of Camelia Travel until full payment has been received.
Camelia Travel is not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers recommended in your itinerary, or for changes beyond our control. We recommend all clients hold appropriate travel insurance.
